I've been gone for awhile, being busy and doing super adult things like working...and working out. I'm a runner now, which I can officially say after running 4-5 times per week for the last several months. Being on a regular workout schedule feels like I've kicked my adulting up a notch. To offset this, you can regularly hear me singing Disney classics to co-workers or walking around the office with a blanket wrapped around me like a cape (it's technically for warmth, but I like to also think it conveys my super marketing abilities)!
Anyhow, enough about being an adult and more about eating chocolate and pudding cups and celebrating spring! I've been seeing a lot of sped up, simple videos lately for recipes and I've decided to try my hand at it. One of the reasons I'm around less these days is that it is hard to fit filming into my schedule, especially when I've been running that day (because, you know, I just look too abso-freaking-lutely amazing after running to appear on camera). I'm hoping this simplified style might encourage me to get back into the swing of things. And, as I do so, please forgive the learning curve of this video style! ^_^
